Teaching
I teach at the intersections of geography, data science, urban planning, and economics. Since 2023, I have served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Data Analytics and Environmental Studies at Bard College, where I teach courses in GIS, geography, data science, and environmental and urban studies. My courses emphasize active learning in data science and geography while engaging students in critical conversations about power and equity, ecological sustainability, and collaboration with local residents and community organizations. I work to create collaborative spaces where students connect quantitative and qualitative methods to real-world challenges and opportunities.
